We aim to uphold the integrity of our merchandise, protect our designers from counterfeiting, and maintain a reputation for honesty with our fellow merchants and bridal manufacturers by strictly following these policies.

• Appointments are a must for bridal try-ons! Check out the Appointment Section of our website for all the details.

​

• To secure your bridal appointment, a reservation fee of $50.00 is required. This fee is simply an authorization on your credit card.  You won't be charged unless the appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled date or if bride is a no-show. In that case, a fee will be processed on the card provided at the time of booking. Plus, for those looking to elevate their experience, check out Tux's VIP Appointment.

• For our Tux's VIP Appointment, a non-refundable fee of $150.00 is required. (Be sure to check the Appointments Section for full details)!

• Formal gown try-ons are super flexible and do not require reservations, except during prom season. If you have questions about the season dates, don't hesitate to reach out to us!

​

• Please note, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges - NO exceptions.

​

• We do provide  complimentary storage until your scheduled alterations or until the wedding date specified at the time of purchase. If the gown isn't picked up by the wedding date, monthly storage fees will apply. Remember, all gowns and payments will be forfeited 120 days after the wedding date indicated at the time of purchase.

• Feel free to snap photos while you're here!

• We apologize that your fur babies will not be able to help you find your dress, however, if they are certified service animals they are more than welcome! Just let us know at the time of booking if your service animal will be accompanying you to your appointment.

​

• While we love all children, those under the age of 13 cannot join you - that includes infants in strollers.

​

• Bridal party members including the mother of the bride/groom, bridesmaids, flower girls, should try on gowns/dresses at another time so our fabulous and highly experienced bridal stylists can give their full attention to the bride!

​

• Guests are encouraged to relax in the viewing area and let the stylists work their magic in helping the bride make her dream selections for an unforgettable shopping experience!

​

• Please note food and any beverages are not allowed in the store; however, if you want to celebrate with friends and family please visit the beautiful area with tables and chairs just outside the store!
