Due to the nature of our business, selling designer sample gowns off the rack, we do everything we can to preserve the integrity of our merchandise, protect our designers from on-line counterfeiting and attempt to maintain a reputation of honesty with our fellow merchants and bridal manufacturers; therefore, we strictly adhere to the following policies.
Appointments are Required for Bridal Try-Ons. Please see Appointment Section of our website.
A $25.00 Appointment Fee is required to reserve a time slot for a Bridal Appointment.
There is NO FEE for an appointment except Tux's VIP Appointment (please refer to appoinrment section of our website); however in the case of a no show or cancellation is made in less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment, the $25.00 Appointment Fee will be processed as a cancellation fee on the credit card on provided at the time of booking.
All Gown Try-on's Require Consultant Assistance
No Refunds, Returns or Exchanges. Please note: Gowns are stored complimentary until alterations or wedding date rovided at time of purchase. If not picked up by the wedding date provided at the time of purchase, monthly storage fees will apply. 120 days after the wedding date provided at time of purchase, your gown and all monies paid will be forfeited.
Photos are permitted.
No Children under the age of 13 (including toddlers and infants (inclding children in strollers).
Bridal Party Members - Mother of the Bride/Groom, Bridesmaids, Flower Girls, Groom and Groomsmen (Tuxedo/Suit Rentals) should book their own Appointments separate from the Bride, so we can devote our undivided attention to the bride.
Guests should remain seated in the viewing area and allow the consultant to assist the bride in making the best selections based on HER desires and guide her with unparalled experience and expertise making for a memorable bridal shopping experinece.
No Food or Beverages (Non-Alcoholic or Alcoholic) allowed; however, should you choose to celebrate with your friends and family, tables and chairs are provided in a beautiful setting outside the store.
