Policies

    Due to the nature of our business, selling designer sample gowns off the rack, we do everything we can to preserve the integrity of our merchandise, protect our designers from on-line counterfeiting and attempt to maintain a reputation of honesty with our fellow merchants and bridal manufacturers; therefore, we strictly adhere to the following policies.

 

     Appointments are Required (See Covid 19 for more information)

     A credit card is required to reserve a time slot for a Bridal Appointment.  

     There is no fee for an appointment; however in the case of a no show or cancellation is made in less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment, a $25.00 cancellation fee will be applied to the credit card on file.

    All  Gown Try-on's Require Consultant Assistance

    No Refunds, Returns or Exchanges.  Please note: Gowns are stored complimentary until alterations or wedding date.  If not picked up by the date specified at time of purchase, monthly storage fees will apply.

    Photos are permitted

    No Children under the age of 18 (including toddlers and infants (even in strollers). 

 

    Bridal Party Members - Mother of the Bride/Groom, Bridesmaids, Flower Girls, Groom and Groomsmen (Tuxedo/Suit Rentals)  Require their own Appointments (Separate from the Bride).

     Guests should remain seated in the viewing area and allow the consultant to provide her expert assistance to the bride in making her selections and provide her with highly personalized service to create a memorable shopping experience.

   No Food or Beverages (Non-Alcoholic or Alcoholic) allowed; however, should you choose to celebrate with your friends and family, tables and chairs are provided in a beautiful setting outside the store.
