  • Appointments are not required; however, we highly recommend making an appointment 

  • An Appointment guarantees that you will have dedicated one-on-one time with one of our professional consultants

  • Walk-in clients are welcome, but will assisted in the order they arrive and sign in.  Please be advised that you may experience a wait time for a consultant since Scheduled appointments will be given priority

  • Appointments are schedule for one hour and are limited to the bride plus 5 guests and no children under the age of 6

  • For parties of 7 or more, please contact the store directly to make special arrangements

  • Expect to try on 5 gowns during your appointment

  • Brides should bring heels and undergarments to their appointment



Brides will receive Reserved seating for their guests, a 2 hour appointment, 2 professional bridal consultants, Reserved extra large bridal fitting room, paddle signs and "shades" for all guests, confetti shower upon purchase and a Keepsake framed color photo with Tux. 

  •         A $35.00 fee is required and paid in advance

  •         Brides should bring heels and undergarments to their appointment 

  •         No children under the age of 6


  • Allow 8-12 weeks for Bridal & 3-4 weeks for Formal Attire/Flower Girls  

  • All work is performed on site by our experienced couture alterations dept

  • Payment in full is due at the first appointment/fitting

  • Brides MUST bring heels and undergarments they plan on wearing with their gown to their appointment; otherwise appointment will be rescheduled

  • No children under the age of 6 permitted during fittings
