APPOINTMENTS

  • Appointments are now required for All Customers.

  • A $25.00 deposit is required to secure an appointment.  No fees will be charged unless cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment or customer is a No Show.

  • An Appointment guarantees that you will have dedicated one-on-one time with one of our professional consultants.

  • Walk-in clients are still welcome, but ONLY if there is not a scheduled appointment within one hour of arrival time.  Please be advised that you If you arrive during a scheduled appointment, you will be asked to schedule an appointment.

  • Appointments are schedule for one hour and are limited to the Customer plus 2 guests and no children under the age of 18.

  • For larger parties, please contact the store directly to make special arrangements for additional guests to participate via Facetime or Zoom.

  • Guests will be required to practice social distancing and be seated in the runway section of the store while bride is trying on gowns.

  • Brides should expect to try on 5 gowns during their appointment.

  • It is highly recommended that Customers bring heels and undergarments to their appointment for the best try-on experience.

TUX'S VIP BRIDAL EXPERIENCE 

(CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE DUE TO COVID-19)

Brides will receive Reserved seating for their guests (limited to 5), a 2 hour appointment, 2 professional bridal consultants, Reserved extra large bridal fitting room, paddle signs and "shades" for all guests, complimentary veil upon purchase, a confetti shower, and a bridal tote filled with a bridal planning guide, special coupons and offers from local merchants plus a Keepsake framed color photo with Tux. 

  •         A $50.00 non-refundable fee paid in addvance is required

  •         Brides should bring heels and undergarments to their appointment 

  •         No children under the age of 10 and no strollers permitted

ALTERATION APPOINTMENTS

  • Allow Minimum 6-8 weeks for Bridal

  • Allow Minimum 3-4 weeks for Formal Attire/Flower Girls  

  • All work is performed on site by our experienced couture alterations dept

  • Payment in full is due at the first appointment/fitting

  • Brides MUST bring heels and undergarments they plan on wearing with their gown to their appointment; otherwise appointment will be rescheduled

  • No children under the age of 18 permitted during fittings

  • A $35.00 fitting fee is required. If you choose to have your alterations done at BHBE, the fee will be applied to the alteration cost.  If you choose to have alterations performed elsewhere, then the fee will be charged at time of appointment.
