RESERVATIONS/APPOINTMENTS

• Appointments are required for all BRIDAL try-ons.

• A $50.00 deposit is required to secure a reservation for a bridal appointment.  No fees will be  charged unless the reservation is canceled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment     date or the customer is considered a No Show.

• A Reservation guarantees that you are provided dedicated one-on-one time with one of our        professional consultants at your bridal appointment.

• Appointments are scheduled for up to two hours and are limited to the Bride plus 4 guests. No children under the age of      13 and NO STROLLERS. - Kindly respect this policy and do not ask for exceptions.

• For parties with more than 4 and up 8 guests Please refer to the section below (Tux's VIP Bridal Experience).  

• We ask that Guests kindly remain seated in the runway section of the store during the appointment.  This allows the consultant to focus on the bride and provide her with the undivided attention she deserves.

• It is highly recommended that the Bride bring heels and undergarments to the appointment for the best try-on experience.

​TUX'S VIP BRIDAL EXPERIENCE 

            This VIP appointment is available to all Brides, but is required if the party has                     5-8 guests.

•      The VIP appointment requires a  $150.00 non-refundable fee to be paid in advance;               however, $100.00 of this fee will be applied toward a purchase. (on the appointment day only)

•       2 professional consultants provide attention to every detail of the bride's visit

•       Guests are provided paddles, shades and are seated in our comfortable lounge area

•       Appointments are 2+ hours in length

•       No children under the age of 13 and no strollers permitted - Kindly  respect this policy and                 do not ask for exceptions.

​ALTERATION APPOINTMENTS

• ​​Allow Minimum 6-8 weeks for Bridal

• Allow Minimum 3-4 weeks for Formal Attire/Flower Girls  

• All work is performed by our experienced professional alterations department

• Payment is due and payable in full at the first appointment/fitting

• Brides MUST bring heels and undergarments they plan on wearing with their gown to their appointments;  otherwise the appointment will be rescheduled

• No children under the age of 13 and NO strollers permitted during fittings​
