Now is a good time to sit and reminisce over the past year… thinking of all the up
s and downs, the good and the bad, where we’ve done well and contemplating the areas that need improvement. Many lessons were learned in 2011… but most of all, I think about how I am so grateful for the people I work with, the support I’ve received and the clients that we work with. It’s a daily challenge to meet the personal uniqueness of each and every client and one I find stimulating and will endeavor to improve on in the coming year. I am still ’amazed’ about winning the “2011 U.S. Commerce Award” and to those who were involved, I will thank you all in person with big hugs of gratitude!
